As a Campus Solutions focused practice, HTS has launched a Continuing Education and Adult Education initiative. We understand first hand the obstacles and challenges that these offices face when trying to play a part of a larger campus solutions implementation.

Why the initiative…
The purpose of the initiative is to assist the adult and continuing education market build an effective campus solutions application. One of the major issues is the failure of the student system project to understand the impact of adult and continuing education. We have seen this first hand at many of the schools that we assist. Our solution allows adult and continuing education the ability to have consultants who understand their special needs and requirements. In addition, we have developed a structure that will allow for a cost effective consulting plan.
35/20 Cost effective consulting…
We have a unique approach to consulting, we call it 35/20. It is our new Implementation Services utilizing our OnPoint Methodology. We understand that billing clients consistently for 40 hours a week is not the most cost effective way to implement. The 35/20 approach allows you to utilize consulting effectively and efficiently. It provides you guidance but it does not inundate you with consulting cost. We come on site for 35 hours every other week providing highly focused support. We then identify tasks and work with you remotely for 20 hours on the alternate weeks. The 20 hours are supported by the consultant on site or our OnCore Lab. Our goal is to support you in learning the product and become less dependent on consulting but have support readily available. This methodology has been used at many schools to provide them with a very cost effective solution.
