The HTS End-User Training offers our extensive experience in designing, deploying, and delivering end-user training tailored to your institution's unique needs. We have worked with a many colleges and universities to design their end-user training programs from beginning to end. These programs can include: audience and needs analysis, curriculum and tutorial development, and training delivery. We can also employ a train-the-trainer approach, allowing you to leverage your resources to deliver the training.
