The HTS End User Training offering provides our extensive experience designing, deploying, and delivering end user training to your institution's unique needs. We have worked with a number of colleges and universities to design their end user training programs from beginning to end. These programs can include: audience and needs analysis, curriculum and tutorial development, and training delivery. We can also employ a train-the-trainer approach, allowing you to leverage your resources to deliver the training.
